The Training Development and Placement ((TDP) Cell of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology (SRMS CET) Bareilly witnessed a wave of anticipation that stirred among the students as TECHILA GLOBAL SERVICES—a leading global technology services company, recently conducted an Assessment for Techila Career Program for BTech(CS & IT Final Year) students ofSRMSCET & SRMSCETR.
However, the Assessment for Tequila Career Program organized by Techila Global Services is a comprehensive evaluation process designed to assess the skills, competencies, and suitability of candidates for specific roles within the company. Such initiatives not only fulfil the company’s recruitment objectives, but also provides candidates with valuable opportunities to kick-start their careers in technology sector. The program included aptitude tests, technical assessments, group discussions, and personal interviews, which provided a holistic view of each candidate’s capabilities and potential fit within the organization.
During the session, Dr (Professor) Anuj Kumar, Director of TDP Cell presented the sapling to the company officials including Tushar Garg, Kavita Agarwal, Sourabh Sharma, Ajai Kumar and Shatarchi Goyal. In the initial phase, there were Pre-Placement talks, during which company officials provided an introduction to students regarding the company’s policies, operations, and its employees.Following the Pre-Placement talks, interviews were conducted in four rounds. The first assessment round of interview involved a Written Test, wherein interested students participated. The second round consisted of a Group Discussion, while the third round was a Face-to-Face Interview. Finally, HR round was held.
