An introduction and significance of Campus Outreach Initiative was also given to the participants.

The session was continued by Mr. S.K.Suman, focusing upon the need for self confidence and elaborating that everyone knows self-confidence is very important but what is not known to everyone is the degree of its importance. Self-confidence is more important than one can imagine.Self confidence can change your whole life to the better while lack of confidence will definitely have a negative effect on your social relations, career, achievements and even your mood.

The session was then taken forward by Mr. Anubhav Saxena, guiding the participants towards facing interviews successfully. The idea was to help the participants know the preparations that need to be done before, during and after the interview. Emphasis was on the behavioral aspects of facing the interviews. A special reference to facing Viva-Voce was also taken into the discussion, as requested by the faculty of the institute.

The session was then taken forward by Mr. Anubhav Saxena guiding the participants towards one of the most powerful reasons for team building is to get results. Through a series of planned team bonding events that are fun and motivational, teams build skills like communication, planning, problem-solving and conflict resolution. Team bonding ideas that work help facilitate long term team building through fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions and processing.

After the sessions, the participants were given a chance to express their views regarding the workshop and ask any related query. The participants found the workshop beneficial. The queries asked by them were satisfactorily answered.

Feedback of the participants was then recorded through the standard feedback form. The response reflected that the students were benefitted with the tips given to them towards building self-confidence and how to face interviews . The suggestions were to increase the frequency of such programs.

A brief address by DR.L.S BISHT (Principal) reflected his interest in providing the students with all the facilities aimed at better learning. In the same context he showed his interest in conducting such programs in future.

The session ended with a vote of thanks from DR.L.S BISHT with an interest to maintain a continued relationship with Campus Outreach Programme initiative of SRMS Trust.
