All students of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology, Bareilly’s 2015-17 MBA batch have been placed. This marks the end of yet another successful placement season for the institute.
All the students were placed as part of the institute’s placement process. Most of them received more than one offer. The highest package on offer this year was Rs 6.5 lacs p.a. while the average was Rs 3.6 lacs p.a. The average package offered on campus has consistently grown every year, starting from Rs 1.5 lacs p.a. in 2008.
The recruiter base has also seen consistent improvements year on year. Some of the well-known companies hiring this year were Kotak Securities, Policy Bazaar, ICICI Securities, Tata Capital, Colgate – Palmolive, Ceasefire, Certination Inc., Leads Insurance, Edelwiess Broking Limited etc.
he successful outcome of the placement season, as well as the ability to attract quality recruiters, is the result of the quality of the program. Rigorous placement preparation, industry related certifications, and experience in internships and project work have provided the students with the necessary skills to market themselves effectively.
