The Institute’s 2013-17 batch students have already received 46 offers from various multinational and domestic companies with a number of recruiters yet to visit campus for hiring.

Through concerted efforts by the Placement Team and the hard work of the students, more than 50% students of SRMS CET&R have already been placed by 30 November, 2016. The offers have been made by various MNC and Indian companies for roles across India. The holistic development that the Institute focuses on right from the beginning, wherein students are taken through practical lab work, personality development modules, quizzes, and guest lectures, has paid off.
Additionally, the Institute’s ‘Employability Skills Enhancement Program’ was scheduled right from the B.Tech First year and moved to different levels in the succeeding semesters of B.Tech course. This Program helped students to hone their preparation for placements, which is also reflected in the early success. SRMS CET&R has also conducted more than 50 programs with the batch including seminars, workshops, symposiums, guest lectures, alumni talks, exhibitions, and industrial visits to help students build awareness.
As many as 10 students have received multiple offers from different companies. Ms. Shubangi Bansal is one of them, who says “I got placed in both HP and Balarka Technologies with a package of 5 lakhs and 3.15 Lakhs respectively. This is thanks to my institute’s placement team & faculty who have made it all possible by their strategic approach and hard work.”The average package till date is Rs 3.5 lakhs and the highest package is Rs 5.0 lakhs per annum. These statistics are likely to be further enhanced as many potential recruiters have evinced interest in hiring from SRMS CET&R in the coming months.
