The program started with a welcome address by Principal. The session then moved with an introduction of SRMS Trust by Mr. Abhishek Gupta. This created a ground of familiarity and interaction with the participants. Trust Colleges, achievements and the various initiatives taken by the trust towards creating knowledge and enhancement of society were told to the participants. An introduction and significance of Campus Outreach Initiative was also given to the participants.

The session was then continued by Mr. Sumit Saxene, focusing upon the need for choosing the right career. Significance of matching career with personality and interest was highlighted during the discussion. The students were enriched with the knowledge given on understanding self and the offbeat courses.

This session also had a specific focus upon choosing MBA as a career option. The deliberation highlighted the importance of pursuing management course as a medium of developing all round personality thereby becoming the preferred candidate for jobs in various companies. The participants were also told the various modes of admission to the management courses of SRMS Institutes (SRMSCET, SRMSCETR, and SRMSIBS).

Then in the second session Mr. Abhishek Gupta, discussed about various aspect of improving communication and its need in present scenario.

After the sessions, the participants were given a chance to express their views regarding the workshop and ask any related query. The participants found the workshop beneficial. The queries asked by them were satisfactorily answered.

Feedback of the participants was then recorded through the standard feedback form. The response reflected that the students were benefitted with the tips given to them towards building a successful career. The suggestions were to increase the frequency of such programs.
