Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology, Bareilly organized a ‘Campus Recruitment Drive’ of ‘Decathlon Sports India’ on October 11, 2022 at its premises for B. Tech—Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering as well as MBA final year students of 2022-23 batches.
The drive kicked off with the welcoming of Company Representatives by Dr Anuj Kumar, Director at Training, Development and Placement Cell, SRMS CET Bareilly. The Company HR presented a presentation of the company, wherein candidates were informed about the company, and the queries of the students were also resolved. The drive was a great platform to encourage and boost the morale of the students.
This was followed by a group discussion of students wherein 27 students of B. Tech and MBA participated. Out of these, 14 students were shortlisted for sports round, 9 students were shortlisted for personal interview, and finally 3 students were selected by the company on a CTC of Rs 4 L per annum.
At the end, the Company Representatives expressed their happiness on the student’s educational base, learning potential and technical knowledge being imparted to them by SRMS CET institution. The students too involved themselves in understanding the concept of learning to find a better position in life by acquiring necessary skills like communicative, practical and problem-solving skills.
