Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology, Bareilly organized a ‘Campus Recruitment Drive’ of ‘ICICI Bank’ on October 15, 2022 at its premises for MBA Final Year students of 2022-23 batches.
The drive kicked off with the welcoming of Bank Representatives by Nirmal Joshi, Placement Officer at SRMS CET Bareilly, who also apprised the students about the representatives of the bank. One of the delegates of ICICI Bank, Hemant Tripathi, Senior Branch Manager, present during the drive, briefed the students regarding bank portfolio and work profile. Candidates were also informed about the company and its working, which was a great learning platform for the students.
Soon after the pre-placement talks, bank delegates began the placement drive process, which was followed by a group discussion, and later the personal interview of students. From the total of 12 students who participated in the drive, finally 5 students were selected by the bank on a CTC of Rs 3.70 LPA, which was indeed a happy and proud moment for the students.
At the end of the drive, the Bank representatives expressed their happiness on the student’s educational base, learning potential and technical knowledge being imparted to them by SRMS CET institution.
