Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology, Bareilly organized a ‘Pool Campus Recruitment Drive’ of ‘Novelvox Softwares India Private Limited’ on October 14, 2022 at its premises for B. Tech (CS/IT/CE) / MCA-Final Year students of 2022-23 batches.
The campus drive kick-started with the welcoming of Company Representatives and apprising students about them by Dr Anuj Kumar, Director at Training Development and Placement Cell at SRMS CET Bareilly.
The company’s HR, Toshi Jain present during the drive, briefed the students regarding company’s culture, work profile etc that proved to be quite a valuable information for the students about company’s know-how. Soon after the pre-placement talks, the company began the placement drive process through online assessment test, coding test, technical interview, HR interview and finally through psychometric test. Total of 188 students participated in the pool drive of Novelvox Softwares, wherein 60 students were the participants from other colleges of Uttarakhand and Bareilly. After the grueling rounds of selection process that included online assessment and coding test, total 36 students were shortlisted for technical interview, and finally 11 students got selected by the company on a CTC of Rs 5 LPA.
At the end, the involvement of students to find a better position in life by acquiring necessary skills was admired by the company representatives.
Sharing her experience on the same, Toshi Jain said, “An overall experience was good. Student’s are presentable, and possess good communication and conceptual skills. I like the hospitality being extended by SRMS Institution.”
