SRMS MEDICAL STUDENT, DR SIDDHARTHA TANEJA TURNS TOPPER, BAGS GOLD MEDAL BY UP GOVERNOR, ANANDIBEN PATEL

In a 20th Convocation Ceremony of MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly held on December 29, 2022, Dr Siddhartha Taneja, MBBS Batch 2017, SRMS IMS Bareilly was conferred with prestigious Gold Medal and Degree by UP Governor, Honorable Anandiben Patel, andmade the institution proud with his exemplary academic record and monumental achievements.
On achieving this meticulous fete, Dr Siddhartha Taneja, a Trust Scholarship holder for four years, ICMR STS Research Fellow, Dr AK Srivastava Gold Medal recipient in Forensic DNA CON for Best Research Paper presentation, and Ex-President of Connexus Club of SRMS IMS, Bareilly who scored 73.96% said, “SRMS IMS Bareilly is known throughout the country for its strong academics and discipline, and I am forever grateful to my SRMS IMS College, Chairman Sir, Shri Dev Murti and Director Administration, Aditya Murti Sir for their continuous guidance and support. The credit of my success also goes to my parents for their unending and unconditional love, and professors for their unparallel faith in me. My success mantra is discipline and hard work, and this is something that has helped me throughout in my success journey. To be a doctor has always been my mother’s dream, and today I feel proud and elated to fulfil her wish.” However, the faculty at SRMS IMS has put in a lot of effort to make sure that each future doctor has the subject in their grasp, and I am carved out of the very same efforts they’ve put in me, Siddhartha added.
