With an aim to foster leadership andcommitment to excellence, Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMS IMS), Bareilly recently organized an Investiture Ceremony of Connexus Club (2023-24), which symbolized the spirit of unity among medical students. The MOC of the event was Vernika, MBBS student, Batch 2021.
The ceremony began with ceremonial lamp lightning by Aditya Murti, Director Administration, in the presence of Air Marshal Dr MS Butola, Principal IMS; Dr Rajeev Tandon, Chief Proctor; Dr Kranthi Kumar, DSW; Dr Abhinav Pandey, Warden & several others. There after, the stage was taken over by Nakul Gupta, Former President of Connexus Club, who reminisced about all the events organized by club through an attractive video presentation.
Later, Nakul handed over the Presidency to the newly appointed President of Connexus Club, Nandini Tomar, who took the oath of dedication and delivered a speech outlining her aspirations during her tenure. She then introduced new club members having new roles including Vice Presidents, Secretary/Treasurer, Joint Secretaries, Cultural & Sports Coordinators and Executives, who were conferred with badges & sashes, and took pledge to serve with utmost sincerity. This was further followed by a group photo session. Towards the end, vote of thanks was delivered by Mehreen Ghayas, Former Secretary.
