With an aim to provide a platform to the youth of the country for contributing their ideas and opinions to build a solid foundation of a developed India as well as to shape the destiny of our nation, Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi launched a ‘Viksit Bharat @2047: Voice of Youth’ programme on December 11, 2023, wherein he invited all student visionaries & dreamers to actively ideate for the Vision Viksit Bharat @2047 and involve in the formulation of national plans, priorities & goals of the country. However, in line with this vision, several colleges at Shri Ram Murti Smarak (SRMS) Trust Institutions attended the Launch session at ‘Viksit Bharat @2047 Ideas Portal’ delivered by PM via virtual conferencing, which was a grand opportunity to participate in India’s bold, ambitious & transformative agenda.
However, Viksit Bharat@2047 is the vision of the Government of India to make India a developed nation by 2047—the 100th year of its independence. The vision encompasses various aspects of development, including economic growth, social progress, environmental sustainability, and good governance. Therefore, it’s important to channelize the innovative ideas of the youth into nation building by inviting them to ideate and contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047. With this idea, the youth at SRMS Trust Institutions proudly participated in this important youth movement & nation building exercise, wherein they vowed to be ready with their #ideas4ViksitBharat, which shall further be shared at ViksitBharat@2047.
