SRMS CET, Bareilly alum Mr. Apoorv Srivastava wins big at Data Center Summit & Awards 2019

Mr. Apoorv Srivastava, B. Tech (EC) alum Batch 2004 at SRMS CET recently won the prestigious award at the Data Center Summit & Awards 2019 by UBS forums. The Director- Technical and Service Design, British Telecom was chosen for the award by a jury that comprised of industry leaders, which makes it even more special. He has presented the award at a glittering ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore that was attended by the who’s who of the industry.

After his B.Tech. with SRMS CET, Mr. Srivastava gained further qualifications including Blockchain Strategy – Oxford University, London. He also gained certifications with IBM Blockchain Essentials and IBM Blockchain Foundation Developer amongst others. With Blockchain being a huge industry trend, his qualifications have held him in good stead in his career. In his prolific career so far, he has worked with top names like Comsatmax, SIFY technologies and Bharti Airtel Ltd, in crucial positions.

The award further bolsters his credentials and is a testimony to how far he has come in the industry. But Mr. Srivastava remains aware of the contributions of his alma mater in his subsequent journey. Talking of the role of SRMS CET in his career and remembering where it all started, he says, “I am grateful to SRMS for giving me the initial platform to explore the world with technology lens.” And we at SRMS remain proud of your achievements.
