Goal of the Programme
The MBA Programme has been meticulously designed to balance theoretical knowledge with practical experience, providing MBA Students with problem solving skills applicable to their work and beneficial to the development of their professional career. The quintessence of our philosophy is promoting the habit of self-learning, inculcating the feeling of teamwork, developing the ability to translate the concepts into practical applications along with strengthening and building their value system with Indian ethos. Our goal is to develop the conceptual and professional skills in our students through a teaching methodology based on lectures, case studies, seminars, group discussions, assignments, quizzes etc. Management aptitude is developed in students through management games, dissertation writing, case study, news analysis, field works, projects and inter-personal skills. Management students go for summer training where they understand the working of an organization and some of them get pre-placement offers. The team learning habits are encouraged through the management club and project teams. The involvements of students in team based learning are provided through entrepreneurial projects, economic policy study, business case and news analysis.
