SRMS CET B.Pharm Rally Awareness Rally on Communicable Disease and its Preventions

Students of SRMSCET (Pharmacy), Bareilly took out a rally in the village of Prahaladpur on 17th September, 2019 (Tuesday) to spread awareness among people on causes & treatment of Communicable Disease in tune with the prevention.

The students came out with thought-provoking slogans and coined acronym Communicable Disease.

Inaugurating the rally, it was flagged off by Director (Pharmacy), Dr. Lalit Singh exhorted the students of the 2018 Batch to take the lead in making the awareness rally successful.

The students guided by Faculty members Mr. Ritesh Tiwari & Ms. Nida Parveen counseled to each and every household in the area. They gave a speech on Communicable Disease, its preventions and measures to curb.

This activity created a positive impact in the communities of the village, educating them of Communicable diseases. The disease despite being 100% preventable continues to prevail in the country and is widely ignored due to lack of awareness. To deal with the growing concern, the participants provided information on the prevention and cure of the disease. The rally ended with the partakers assembling by the Department premises for a group photograph.
