Management club of SRMSCET organised its annual fest Paradigm-2015 “Vivencia- The Way of Exploring yourself†on 18th of April 2015. The event intended to develop creativity and leadership traits among the participants. Various activities took place the entire day and the students from in-house and different college participated in full vigor. The event was started with showering prayers to Maa Sarswati followed by dance performance. The programme headed by a welcome speech by Dr. Anant Srivastava, (HOD, MBA Department).
On February 3, 2015 in Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology organised grand oath ceremony of TYRO club and oath ceremony of Verve Club of WCET. The Ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp by Hon’ble Chairman Shri Dev Murti Ji, Trust Secretary Shri Aditya Murti Ji, Madam Richa Murti ji, Trust Administrator Er. Subhash Mehra, Principal WCET Prof.T.D Bisht and Dean Academics CET Prof. Prabhakar Gupta. Ex-president Sudhanshu Kashyap of Tyro 2013 welcomed all the guest & dignitaries and shared her experiences. Newly elected president Saumyaa Shree Shekhar took oath and completed the ceremony with other club members. Astha Dixit took oath as a Verve President. Chairman Shri Dev Murti Ji congratulated the presidents and all the new members of Tyro Club and Verve Club. He also gave motivation to all the members for respective task.
A two day International Conference on Science and Technology was organized by Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology, Bareilly.
This International Conference was held on February 27 & 28, 2015. The topic of the conference was “Exploring t h e P o t e n t i a l o f Convergenceâ€. This was an interdisciplinary conference of Science and Technology. Guest from USA and delegates from various research centers of our country had come to share their experience related to this research field. More than 110 research papers were presented in this conference during these two days. Researchers from various universities like Lucknow University, Kumauon University, Pant Nagar University, NITTTR Chandigarh, B R Ambedkar University, Aligarh Muslim University, Jamia Islamia, and RML University had participated in this conference. With the efforts of Convener Prof. (Dr.) Prabhakar Gupta & Dr. Jagnnath Sahoo and Organizing Secretary Dr. Anant Srivarstava this conference was organized.

Farewell party for the passing-out. B.Tech, B.Pharm and MBA students was organized by pre-final year students on April 22, 2015 in Shri Ram Murti Smarak, College of Engineering and Technology, Bareilly .
The event marked the end of one of the most significant phases of their lives, the college life, and set the ball rolling towards a new journey ahead. Â During the noon, dressed elegantly in their sartorial best, with girls outshining the boys, the entire passing out batch was oozing confidence and happiness.
The function commenced with welcoming the Chairman Shri Dev Murti ji, Dean Academics Prof. (Dr.) Prabhakar Gupta, Madam Richa Murti ji, Director Pharmacy Dr. Jaganath Sahoo, HODs, Faculty Members. The first item of the noon was a pious Ganesh Vandana. Thereafter, prior to the commencement of farewell party proceedings, occasion was utilized to felicitate the winners of college Ms. Farewell & Mr. Farewell from the passing out batch. The entertainment programmes of the evening included a Musical-Love story, a group dance performance and a thrilling performance by third year students, the title distribution to their seniors. As a tradition, titles showcasing personality traits / features were conferred upon forty odd prominent 4th year students, who had been active and noticeable throughout their stay in the college, and presented to them on a scroll. Each of these titles, besides vigorous clapping, elicited a lot of general interest and fun.
Towards the end of the evening, the HOD MBA, Mrs Richa Murti in his speech conveyed best wishes to the final year students for the beginning of new phase in their life, motivating and cheering them all to excel in all walks of their pursuits. He also congratulated all 3rd year students for putting up an excellent show and making farewell 2015 an event to remember. The end of the event was marked by a vote of Thanks by the conveners towards all those who worked wholeheartedly towards making the event a grand success. The function was followed by dinner and finally culminated in a vibrant DJ night.

SRMS CET, Bareilly is to hold ‘COMPTECH’, a TechFest at its campus on 19 October, 2016. The event is open to any student pursuing B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA from any recognized college, university, or institute.
The Fest will have many competitive events that students can enter such as Website Design, Programming Contest, PPT Presentation, Rapid Software Development, Creativity Contest (Doodle), LAN Game, and Computer Quiz. The registration fee is Rs 50 per event and interested participants may fill up the registration form available on the SRMS Trust website www.srms.ac.in.
