In the realm of innovation, SHRADDHA RASTOGI, a Final-year BTech (CSE) student of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly have secured prestigious 9thRANK Nationwide in a groundbreaking competition tilted ‘FOREsutra’, conducted by The Fore School of Management, New Delhi, calling upon individuals from all walks of life to address crucial social challenges with creative solutions.

Achieving this fete, Shraddha submitted her innovative idea on an alarming topic of Mental Health, underscoring its significance in India & globally, which earned her a cash award of Rs 10,000.

Highlighting about the National-level competition, Shraddha says, “This competition, open to all above 18 years of age in India, aimed to promote social responsibility & empower participants to become catalysts for a better idea. However, participants were supposed to propose sectors, and devise actionable plans & genuine solutions with real-world practicality, making a tangible difference in society, where 50 lakh jobs can be generated in India withing next two years, accompanied by comprehensive & actionable implementation plans. However, it gave me an exposure to innovative ideas, wherein I chose Mental Health as my topic, which is relatable to everyone around us in today’s stressful and hectic lifestyle. I’m highly motivated to participate in similar National level competitions ahead. This is a proud moment for my parents, my college SRMS, my MBA faculty -cum-mentor, Dr Saurabh Gupta, who helped me in content quality & clarity of ideas that further lead to meticulous evaluation of my idea. I’m thankful to SRMS Engineering College for providing us such forums to showcase our talent.”
