The Faculty of Management Science at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering of Technology, Bareilly recently organized a week-long enriching & informative ‘Orientation Programme’ for MBA I Semester students, Batch 2023-2025. The inaugural took place in the presence of Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Academics; Dr Anuj Kumar, Director TDP Cell; Dr DN Rao, Director IQAC; Dr Saurabh Gupta, Professor, Faculty of Management Science along with faculty members of MBA & MCA.

The highlights of MBA Orientation Programme were exclusive Guest Lectures & Faculty sessions tailor-made for MBA freshers, while acquainting students comprehensively on University rules & regulations, institute’s Vision & Mission, history, facilities, MBA curriculum, Placement & Internship programs, Campus Visit, SRMS Trust website visit, Movie Review – ‘Chak De India’, participation in Indoor, Outdoor & Business/Management games (Ad Mad Show), overview of Finance Specialization, IB & Operations Specialization, IoT, Thematic Apperception tests, Personality test, Academic programs, Data Analytics, MS Word, MS Power Point, Email Etiquettes, Career Goals & Plans for life, Human Values & Ethics, Environment Protection & Sustainability, Marketing Specialization, Entrepreneurship Skill Development, Soft Skills, Time Management, Academic Ordinance, Business Stats, Career Development in Finance & Banking sector, Design Thinking & ice-breaking. Students were also
informed about departmental activities & college festivals like Tech Vyom, Zest etc.

Guest speakers Mohd Shariq Siddique, CEO, Praesidio Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd; Saifuddin Khan, Founder & CEO of Global Progressive Solutions & Yogendra Singh, Associate VP, Learning & Development at SBI Life Insurance visited the campus & shed light on ‘Career in Marketing & Sales’, ‘Start-Up Secrets’ & ‘Insurance Sector’ respectively, giving enough exposure to management technocrats.
