MBA Department of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology (SRMS CET) Bareilly conducted acreative two-hour‘Management Club Activity’ for the students of MBA First Semester on Thursday, January 6, 2023.
INNOVATIVE MIND
Titled ‘Innovative Mind’, it was an internal event headed by Deepak Batra, where students were divided in five random teams, and assigned a task to apply the process of design thinking, and create a new animal. After logical thinking, they empathized, defined and ideated the animal, and developed a prototype using the clay and related material.
DESIGN ELEMENT
However, the objective of this event was to apply design thinking in the real-life situation, develop team-work, planning and execution, develop ideation and product development, and develop the ability to sell the idea. Participating students applied knowledge of management theories and practices to solve business problems; fostered analytical and critical thinking abilities for data-based decision making, and developed value-based leadership ability. During the process, they also learned todevelop an ability to understand, analyze, and communicate global, economic, legal and ethical aspects of business; and achieved organizational goals and contributed effectively to a team environment.

The creative winners of the activity were Harsh Rastogi, Ayesha, Deepak Singh, Mayank Sinha, Yuvraj and Tarun Tyagi.
