To repair a damage, first you have to understand the damage and as an engineer we have to be aware of that, and foe. Mechanical Engineering Department of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology Bareilly organized a webinar on the topic “Damage Mechanics and Role of Triaxiality” and Invited Dr Manoj Kumar, Assistant Professor in NIT Jalandhar as a chief guest and keynote speaker. The program starts with welcome words by Dr. Ravindra Kumar, HOD of Mechanical Engineering Department. The program was blessed by the presence of senior professor Dr Shailendra Deva and other faculties of Mechanical Engineering Department. The students of Mechanical Engineering Department get to learn so many things about Damage Mechanics. They also get introduced with Abaqus software . The whole webinar gives so much information about Damage Mechanics and in the end vote of thanks was given by HOD of Mechanical department Dr. Ravindra Kumar.
