SHRI RAM MURTI SMARAK ENGINEERING COLLEGE HOSTS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ADVANCES IN COMPUTING (ICAC-2024)!

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly recently conducted an International Conference on Advances in Computing (ICAC – 2024).
The conference featured Technical Sessions covering multiple tracks in the fields of AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, Advance Networks, IoT Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Vision & Image Processing.

The conference kicked-off with inauguration ceremony by Shri Dev Murti, Chairman SRMS Trust in the presence of Dr Vinita Jindal, Professor, University of Delhi; Dr Vinay Rishiwal, Professor & HOD CS/IT, MJPRU Bareilly; Dr Sunil, Associate Professor, Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi; Er Subhash Mehra, Trust Advisor; Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Principal CET & Director Conference; Dr Shailendra Deva, Vice Principal; Dr Anuj Kumar, Director TDP Cell; Dr Shahjahan Ali, HOD, CS & Organizing Secretary & Dr Mohd Wazih Ahmad, Conference Convener. The guests delivered profound insights & scholarly wisdom & set the stage for intellectual exchange and exploration of ideas & thoughts. Later, Shri Dev Murti reaffirmed the commitment of SRMS Trust towards fostering excellence in education & research. This was followed by release of a Souvenir.

However, talks were delivered by Professor Dr Mohd Sarfaraz, Department of Computer Science, AMU; Professor Dr Vinita Jindal, Department of Computer Science, DU; Dr Abdul Rahman, Associate Professor, VIT, Bhopal & Dr SS Bedi, Professor, CS & IT Department, MJPRU, Bareilly. The conference that saw participation of 35 research papers across all 5 tracks, concluded with report presentation by Organizing Secretary, Er Ashish Agrawal, Assistant Professor, CS, SRMSCET. Towards the end, vote of thanks was delivered by Er Hitesh Gupta, Organizing Secretary.
