A fresher’s party is a much-anticipated event that marks the beginning of new academic year with senior students welcoming their juniors with great enthusiasm. To welcome the fresh batch of first year students of Batch 2023 of MBA, MCA, BPharm & BTech (CS, IT, EC, EN & ME), Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly hosted a vibrant ‘Fresher’s Party’ on the theme ‘Prarambh’ at CET campus that was a memorable evening for all.
The event was a colorful blend of excitement and camaraderie, as new faces mingled, forming bonds that will undoubtedly last throughout their academic journey. With lively music, engaging performances, exciting games, and a joyful atmosphere, it was a fantastic way to kickstart their college experience and create lasting memories. Solo & duet dance performances by students ignited the stage. Freshers, along with seniors flaunted a stunning ramp walk with dress code sensing that brought forth their creative side. The major attraction was Mr & Miss Fresher contest, wherein MBA fresher’s—Arjun Singh & Saivi Ansari were adjudged as Mr & Miss Fresher respectively. Freshers Deepak Singh & Medha Saxena from MCA earned the same titles. The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony. Overall, the event symbolized the beginning of a new chapter in the students’ lives, filled with opportunities & promise for a bright future.
Initially, the thrilling fresher’s party began with ceremonial lamp lightning by Aditya Murti, Trust Secretary along with Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Academics & Dr Anuj Kumar, Director TDP Cell in the presence of Dr Sovan Mohanty, DSW; Dr Arti Gupta, Director Pharmacy; Dr Jitendra Singh Yadav, Chief Proctor; Dr Jyotirmay Patel, Associate Professor, CSE Department & many others.
