Today, let's Know More about one of our esteemed faculties Dr Mohd Wazih Ahmad, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at SRMS CET, Bareilly, who has not only excelled in academics and research, but also shown entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. He has initiated several successful startups, including Mileage Plus Lubricants India, ASW Logistics, Moderina Fashions etc. Dr Wazih has completed his PhD in Soft Computing & Information Retrieval Systems from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi & MTech in Computer Engineering from AFSET, Faridabad/MDU.
Having 15+ years of teaching experience, Dr Mohd Wazih Ahmad has an expertise in Machine Learning, Optimization, Intelligent systems, ANN, FL, Soft Computing, Probabilistic Reasoning, Next Generation Autonomous Systems, and Sensor Based Systems, IoT. He also has 25 research publications, 6 published & 2 granted patents under his belt, including Solar Mobile Charger and Patient Monitoring Device (for Covid cases). Additionally, he has a Certificate in Enterprise Management from DMS, IIT'D and has completed four funded projects, and one in process.
Dr Mohd Wazih Ahmad, who has provided consultation to more than 5 PhD students & also supervised more than 18 Master degree thesis, says, “SRMS CET provides exceptional facilities and support to nurture the talents of both students and faculty members.
