SRMS College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly organized a fun-filled farewell bash, bidding adieu to the students of MBA, M Pharm, M Tech & MCA of Batch 2021. Brimming with enthusiasm and nostalgia, the inaugural ceremony kicked-off with welcome address and giving away of plant saplings to Er Subhash Mehra, Trust Advisor in the presence of Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Academics; Dr Anuj Kumar, Director TDP Cell & HOD MBA; Dr LS Maurya, Principal CETR; Dr DN Rao, Director IQAC; Dr Arti Gupta, Director Pharmacy; Dr Jitendra Singh Yadav, Professor Pharmacy and other dignitaries.
Based on the theme ‘Hasta-la-Vista’, MBA students showcased solo/group dances, ramp walk etc. M Tech farewell witnessed singing and dancing performances along with showcasing of heartwarming video clip of college memories of good old days. The MCA farewell began with group dance and standup comedy by Rahul Kuniyal, which was followed by a lazy group dance and a duet song. To add a dash of excitement, fun-filled games were also organized in all farewell bashes, wherein students performed hilarious tasks, participated in interesting riddles, quizzes, competitions etc. Later, MCA students, Shubham Sagar and Mansi Srivastava were crowned as Mr & Miss Smartest while Abhinav and Anchal Singh as Mr & Miss Farewell respectively. MBA students Shwetank and Muskan clinched the title of Mr & Miss Popular, whereas Shashank & Vaishnavi remained Mr &Miss Farewell. During the bash, M Tech & M Pharm first-year students also gave farewell tags. The juniors and passing-out batch were spotted indulging in group photo sessions, selfies and cake-cutting ceremony.
