Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering & Technology (SRMS CET), Bareilly recently had a fantastic time as four remarkable alumni returned to share their incredible journey in the IT industry. An interactive session organized by the Training, Development and Placement (TDP) Cell at New Seminar Hall of CET, the alumni panel from Batch 2015-2019 featured Ankit Patel, Senior Data Engineer at Bluepi Consultancy Pvt Ltd; Srijan Shukla, Senior System Engineer at Cognizant; Aditya Kannaujia, Senior Engineer at Infosys and Shubham Rai, Senior Project Engineer at NTT Data.
The session began with welcoming of Alumni and introducing them to the students by Dr Prabhakar Gupta, Dean Academics, CET and Dr Anuj Kumar, Director—TDP Cell. All the four Alumni addressed the B Tech Third & Final year as well as MCA Second year students of CET, and shared their experiences about the IT industry. From coding to cybersecurity, data science, and project management, their stories were truly inspiring. They gave insights, tips & valuable experiences on their paths to success, and how SRMS helped shape their careers. The alumni talked about how the systematic discipline of the college made them fit for the IT industry & answered various queries of the students. The students of Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology and Research (SRMS CETR), Bareilly also participated in this session.
Towards the end. Dr Anuj Kumar expressed his gratitude to all the alumni and wished for similar cooperation in future also. The session kept the IT spirit alive at SRMS Engineering campus.
